Terms of Service

You can use Playera to run a grassroots football team - manage players, schedule events, communicate with parents and generate reports. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the content you post.

You must be 16 or older to create an account. Adult coaches and parents manage information about players under 16 on their behalf.

You keep ownership of content you upload (photos, messages, session plans). You grant us the limited rights we need to display and store that content within your team and to operate Playera.

Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, and don't upload anything that harasses, endangers or identifies children in ways their parents wouldn't be comfortable with.

• Don't attempt to break, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't use Playera to harass anyone, including other coaches, parents or children.
• Don't misuse AI-generated match reports - review what Playera drafts before you share it.

Playera is provided "as is" while in beta. We work hard to keep it up and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be available 100% of the time.

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, especially around safeguarding.
